I’m Theo and this is my book about Uncommon Sense Bodybuilding
The purpose of this book is to give you tools to help you become self-sufficient in reaching impressive fitness and physique goals using my particular approach to resistance training, and hopefully help you develop yourself as a person all over. My goal is to help shape you into a self-reliant individual with a body that looks good because it IS and FEELS good.
My book aims to teach you everything you need to know in order to become a jacked & stacked, self-reliant individual with a bulletproof mindset.
There’s a lot of good information about training and dieting out there.
There’s also a lot of bad information.
What I feel is lacking is the human and behavioural factor.
It doesn’t matter if you find the perfect training program or diet online if you fail to apply it in a way that leads to the results you seek.
My book teaches you everything about training, dieting, bulking, cutting and mindset for the goal of attaining a natural, aesthetic physique as an expression of a body and individual that is strong, flexible and capable
But it also teaches you what the process is going to look like.
